We are so happy with our new home and Randy was so amazing in communication and understanding our needs and really listening to what we wanted in our first home. He made the whole process so easy and simple to understand which was so great because I was concerned going into the home hunt that we were going to get caught up in paperwork and confused, this was nothing really made everything very easy to follow step-by-step and was great at explaining anything I asked of him. He is the person I recommend to everyone I know out here for home hunting, such a joy to work with him!!!

We found Randy to be extremely knowledgeable and forthright with information regarding all properties we had considered. Randy was a real pleasure and ease to work with. This was my first time ever buying a house and the process was brand new to me. He did way more than what I ever thought a realtor would do. We went out looking for houses and they were being snatched up so fast that I was thinking about just renewing my apartment lease but Randy kept reassuring me that we would find my home and not only did I find my home but actually got to get a brand new house built for me and my sons!
