You may qualify for the Rent with a Right to Purchase program. Our mission is to locate a home that will work for you and your family today.
This home might be one that you rent for a while, with an option of home ownership in your near future. You select the home, we purchase the home, and then rent it to you. (New constructed homes which have been completed may qualify for this program.
Why should you Rent to Own?
Here are just a few reasons:
1. From your application’s approval to your move-in date, it could only take 35 days on average!
2. If you decide you want to continue renting your home instead of purchasing,
you can extend your lease yearly for up to 5 years!
3. If you decide that you do not want to stay any longer after a year, you are not obligated to buy.
Who is eligible for the RTP Program?
We have certain minimum criteria for our program. Your household must have an annual income of $45,000. You must have stable employment. We cannot accept you into our program if you or anyone in your household has a history of eviction or a pending bankruptcy. Everyone in your household will be subject to a criminal background check.

Does my rent go towards the home purchase?
No, it does not. However, the purchase price will remain at a predetermined price point.
Are pets allowed?
- Yes! All pets are welcome!
Will I get denied if I have a history of a bankruptcy?
- No, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged you still qualify.
Is there a deposit requirement?
- Yes, 2 Months Rent (Which is fully refundable!)
Guidelines for homes to be Eligible.
Home must be in an approved community
• Home price must be between $100,000 and $400,000
• Minimum of two above grade bedrooms on a lot of two acres or less
• Single family home only
• No short sales, REO or auctions
• No material deficiencies (i.e. major structural issues, solid aluminum wiring, etc.)
