If you are in the house buying market in 2022, this is what you need to know!
Inventory is incredibly low! This means Fewer sellers are listing their houses for sale.

Low inventory means you need to be prepared when you go house hunting. As of this writing, homes
are staying on the market slightly longer. But houses are still being snatched up fairly quickly.

That doesn’t leave you a lot of time to mull over your home buying decision. Since time is of
the essence. It would be a good idea to make sure you have your pre-approval in hand, and you are ready
and prepared to make an offer when you see a home you are interested in. Waiting to look at several homes
and then circle back to the first home is about a 50/50 shot.

Even though interest rates are rising, home prices are still going up just like everything else.
If you’re going to buy a home in an expensive market, you definitely need to
know how much house you can afford.

Due to the rise in interest rates many buyers are taking a wait and see attitude. Even with the recent
mortgage rate increases rates are still low. Waiting on rates to come back down, will probably not be
for a while.

If you are ready to buy, then locate an agent you feel comfortable with, and move forward.
